• complaint submission for the inquiry, extra-judicial settlements, to the airline companies of the foreseen "monetary compensation" and/or of every other eventual amount due to you as refund or compensation for damages following the suffered inconvenience, as well as all the related activity included the eventual submission of a judicial request towards the carrier obliged to pay mentioned compensation.

Your personal data will be processed for the needed period and anyway for a period not longer than five years in case of a judicial procedure.

We inform you that you are free to provide your personal data for above purposes. In any case we are forced to inform you that in case you refuse this provision we won't be able to continue with the purposes reported at point 1.

3. COMMUNICATION SETTING AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

If the extrajudicial settlement (starting inquiry, ENAC complaint etc.) is not enough to get "the monetary compensation", all supplied data could be communicated to a trusted lawyer of No Problem Flights S.r.l., who will receive the specific professional warrant to get the rescue, even judicially, of what is due to you as "monetary compensation".

• of amendment - art. 16 GDPR: right to get, without an unwarranted delay, personal wrong data amendment that concern you and/or the integration of incomplete personal data;
• to delete - art. 17 GDPR: the right to get, without unwarranted delay, personal data cancellation that may concern you when the data are no more necessary towards their purposes; when you withdraw the consent; you rejected with success to your personal data processing; data have been processed illegally; data must be deleted to implement a legal obligation; the cancellation right doesn't apply if the processing is necessary for the implementation of a legal obligation or for the execution of a fulfilled task in the public interest or to check, practise or protect a right in the legal branch;
• of processing restriction - art- 18 GDPR: right to get a processing restriction when the person concerned claims the accuracy of personal data; the processing is illegal; when the personal data are necessary to the person concerned to check, practise or protect a right in the legal branch;

The data controller refrains from processing again the personal data but he shows the existence of legal reasons binding to proceed with the processing that prevails on interests, on rights and the freedom of the person concerned or to check, practise or protect a right in the legal branch;
