* In case of a minor passenger, the request must be made by one of the parents or by the person exercising the parental authority.
* Indicate the number and name of any other passengers, the inconvenience suffered (delayed flight-cancelled flight-denied boarding for overbooking), the reason for the inconvenience (bad weather, technical problems, strike etc.) if and how much the airline compagnia has warned of such inconvenience and how (mail, phone, sms etc.).
I note that No Problem Flights S. r. l. will use my personal data for the sole purpose of achieving “compensation” and/or any other sum to me due to refund and/or compensation for damages, entitled in accordance with this agreement and in compliance with all current and applicable laws regarding Privacy and Protection of personal data. Therefore, by accepting these Terms and Conditions of the contract and sending this Form and consecutively by signing the representation contract, I will explicitly consent the processing of my personal data for the use above specified and as best specified in the Privacy Policy.
